Before closure is completed, any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, provided all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied. Accounts with unresolved disputes or pending verification requests may not be eligible for immediate closure.

Closure initiated by jw88: jw88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if:

jw88's decisions regarding account closure and suspension are final and binding.
